The following is a list of solutions. Solutions are easy. Figuring out how to get from where you are to where you want to be is the challenge. But worth the doing.

Pay off your debt.
Clean your house.
Ride a bike.
Live within your means.
Hug more.
Read more.
Go outside.
Change your mind.
Hold less tightly.
Eat food.
Get a new job.
Show up.
Show up on time.
Work more.
Work less.
Sleep more.
Exercise.
Stop.
Go.
Dump him or her.
Find new friends.
Think about it.
Expand your means.
Give more.
Accept it.
Reject it out of hand.
Listen.
Learn to sew.
Treat yourself like you treat others.
Maintain perspective .

I’m sure that you can think of more. The key is that you know what to do. You feel it in your belly. You see it in  other people. You can write it out. It’s your turn to do it.
